Mikhael Cronin (ミカエル・クローニン, Mikaeru Kurōnin ?) is a character in the manga and anime series World Trigger. He is a Neighbor who works as an Engineer at Tamakoma Branch.
Appearance
Cronin is a man with a long dark blond hair which tied into a ponytail. He is seen wearing a long coat and a scarf. His work clothes consists of a black jacket.
Personality
Cronin is a collected, serious individual. He is very respectful of everyone in Tamakoma, using lofty honorifics to address them.
Trivia
- His nationality as a Canadian is a cover-up in order to hide his identity as a Neighbor. His origin is unknown.
- It is possible that the name "Mikhael Cronin" is a made up name for the same reason.
- Cronin is an Irish surname which originated in County Cork and is derived from the Old Irish (Gaelic) word crón, meaning "saffron-colored", "brown" or "dark".
- Due to its origin, the name (in English) had many spelling variations which includes; Cronin, Cronyn, Cronine, Croynin, Cronan, Cronnin, Cronnan, Cronnyn, Cronen, O'Cronin and Croynan.
