Day 1 scores are sent out to all captains. Squads begin meal prepping as they determine their next courses of action.
Long Summary[]
Katori barely contains her frustration at the reveal of her squad's low standings. Osamu is encouraged to catch up on assignments while his teammates prepare for mealtime.
Urushima blames Yūma for their poor performance, who has frequently been assisted by Shiki. Utagawa steps in, assigning Yūma to himself and Tomoe to Shiki where questions are concerned before doubting the former's backstory.
Hyuse is matter-of-fact about being second-to-last. When asked about his teammates, he predicts that Yūma and himself will do better in the battle phase; Osamu's team must have had a trion issue. To catch up with universal assignments, Hyuse proposes dividing the work and copying answers — much to the objection of everyone else, who worry about getting caught. He reasons that if this was the case, they would've been marked down already; they're being tested for adaptability and efficiency, after all. Wakamura struggles to make a decision, delaying it until tomorrow morning.
Azuma announces preparations for dinner, making sure to cook extra rice per Chika's surplus she brought along.
As Fujimaru will be cooking dinner and leaving breakfast to the rest, she informs everyone to behave for now.
Rokuta and Okudera encounter trouble in the kitchen. Their captain reviews his team's score breakdown, eventually settling on phoning Suwa.
